Greview products may be purchased for resale to local businesses.

By purchasing Greview products for resale, you acknowledge the following.

Independent Resellers

Purchasing Greview products does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency or joint venture between you and Greview.

You operate independently and are responsible for your own business activities.

Your Resale Price

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, resellers are free to determine their own resale prices subject to applicable law.

Any resale prices shown on our website, including examples such as €20, €30 or €50 per card, are provided solely as illustrative examples.

They are not guaranteed selling prices.

No Earnings Guarantee

Greview does not guarantee:

• Any particular number of sales

• Any particular resale price

• Revenue or profit

• Customer acquisition

• Business success

• Return on investment

Your results depend on factors including your location, sales ability, pricing, demand, competition and the businesses you approach.

Revenue and Margin Examples

Any revenue, profit or margin calculations shown on the Greview website are hypothetical examples intended to demonstrate how resale economics may work.

For example, a calculation based on purchasing a card for one price and reselling it for €20–€50 assumes that you successfully find a buyer willing to pay that amount.

Actual results may differ significantly.

Your Responsibilities

As an independent reseller, you are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable laws

• Accurately representing the product

• Making truthful statements to prospective customers

• Setting your own lawful pricing

• Paying applicable taxes

• Obtaining any registrations or licences required for your activities

• Providing any obligations you independently undertake toward your own customers

Reviews

Greview products are designed to make it easier for customers to access a business's review page.

They must not be used to generate fake, misleading, purchased or otherwise manipulated reviews.

Resellers must not promise businesses a specific review rating or guaranteed number of reviews.

Brand Representation

You may not represent yourself as an employee, official representative or authorised agent of Greview unless we have provided written permission.

You may not make claims on behalf of Greview that are not contained in our official product information.

Third-Party Platforms

Greview cannot guarantee the continued availability, policies or functionality of third-party review platforms.

Third-party platforms may change their features, policies, URLs or technical functionality at any time.
